This policy explains where we ship, how long orders take to process, expected delivery times, the carriers and services we use, how to track your order, and what happens if a delivery is delayed or does not arrive.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Countries and Regions We Ship To<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We currently ship <strong>within the United States only<\/strong>: the 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and we cannot accept orders for delivery outside the United States.<\/li>\n<li>We also deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories, with longer transit times as described in Section 3.<\/li>\n<li>We are unable to ship to freight forwarders or hotel addresses.<\/li>\n<li>PO Boxes and APO\/FPO\/DPO addresses: please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is available to your address.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and the service you select.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Order Processing Time<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or holidays.<\/li>\n<li>Most orders are processed and dispatched within <strong>1 to 2 business days<\/strong> of being placed.<\/li>\n<li>Orders placed after <strong>12:00 PM PT<\/strong> may begin processing on the next business day.<\/li>\n<li>During peak periods such as seasonal sales and end-of-year holidays, processing may take up to <strong>3 business days<\/strong>. We will post a notice on the Site if longer delays are expected.<\/li>\n<li>If we need to verify your payment or address details, processing may take longer. We will contact you at the email address on your order if we need additional information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Estimated Delivery Time<\/h3>\n<p>Delivery time is counted in business days after your order has been processed and dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Standard shipping (contiguous United States):<\/strong> typically <strong>3 to 7 business days<\/strong> after dispatch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expedited shipping:<\/strong> where available at checkout, typically <strong>2 to 3 business days<\/strong> after dispatch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories:<\/strong> typically <strong>5 to 10 business days<\/strong> after dispatch, depending on the service selected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As an example, an order placed on Monday before 12:00 PM PT is normally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and then delivered within the transit time above. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, because transit times depend on the carrier and on conditions outside our control.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Shipping Methods and Carriers<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We ship with major carriers, including <strong>USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL<\/strong> where service is available for your destination. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address and the service level you choose at checkout.<\/li>\n<li>Available services, delivery speeds, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping charges are based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free standard shipping on US orders over $100<\/strong> (before tax), where available. Orders below this amount are charged the rate calculated at checkout.<\/li>\n<li>A signature may be required on delivery for high-value orders.<\/li>\n<li>We deliver only to the address provided at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Order Tracking<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Once your order is dispatched, we send a <strong>shipping confirmation email<\/strong> with the carrier name and a tracking number or tracking link.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking information can take up to <strong>24 hours<\/strong> to become active in the carrier&#8217;s system after the label is created.<\/li>\n<li>You can also view the status of your order at any time in your account under <strong>My Account &gt; Orders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If you receive a shipping confirmation but no tracking details, or the tracking number does not work within 3 business days, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:support@glossiert.store\">support@glossiert.store<\/a> and we will investigate.<\/li>\n<li>If your order contains more than one item, we may ship it in separate parcels at no additional cost. Each parcel has its own tracking number and may arrive on a different day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Delivery Delays, Lost and Undelivered Packages<\/h3>\n<p>Delays can happen because of severe weather, carrier backlogs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or access problems at the delivery address. If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please check the tracking information first, as it may show the reason for the delay or the current location of the parcel.<\/li>\n<li>If tracking shows <strong>no movement for 5 business days<\/strong>, or the parcel is not delivered within <strong>10 business days after the estimated delivery date<\/strong>, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:support@glossiert.store\">support@glossiert.store<\/a> with your order number.<\/li>\n<li>We will open a trace or claim with the carrier and keep you informed. If the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost, we will reship your order at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including shipping charges, according to your preference.<\/li>\n<li>If tracking shows the parcel as <strong>delivered<\/strong> but you cannot find it, please check around your property, with neighbors, and with your building or leasing office, and ask the carrier to open a claim. If the parcel is still missing, contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of the delivery scan so that we can assist with the carrier investigation.<\/li>\n<li>If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. Sales Tax<\/h3>\n<p>Prices displayed on the Site include applicable sales tax where required by law. The sales tax included in your order is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the tax rules of the applicable state. If no sales tax applies to your shipping address, no sales tax is included.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Incorrect Addresses<\/h3>\n<p>Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
