These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://glossiert.store (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Novatris Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Products, Pricing, and Availability
- We make every effort to display product colors, materials, measurements, and descriptions accurately; actual appearance and fit may vary slightly.
- All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.
- All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per customer or per order.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We are not obligated to accept it until we send an order confirmation and charge your payment method. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or for commercial resale.
5. Sanctions and Export Compliance
We comply with all applicable economic sanctions, export control, and anti-terrorism laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United Nations.
- We do not sell, ship, or otherwise provide products or services to, or for the benefit of, any country, region, entity, or individual subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade restrictions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
- We do not transact with any person or entity identified on a restricted or prohibited party list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List, the BIS Entity List, or any equivalent list maintained by other applicable authorities.
- By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or a resident or national of any comprehensively sanctioned country or region; (b) you are not, and are not acting on behalf of, a person or entity subject to sanctions or identified on any restricted party list; and (c) you will not use, resell, export, or re-export any product in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
- We may screen orders and customers, and may refuse, cancel, hold, or refund any order, or decline to provide any product or service, where we determine in our sole discretion that doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law.
6. Payment
By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable sales tax where required and shipping charges. Payments are processed by third-party processors, and their terms also apply to you.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes may not be combined unless expressly stated, are valid for a limited time, may not be applied retroactively, and have no cash value.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software, is owned by or licensed to Novatris and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
11. User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or control all rights to the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove content at our discretion.
12. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or its systems.
- Scraping, harvesting, or automated data collection without our written permission.
- Interfering with the operation or security of the Site.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVATRIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novatris and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provision below, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
18. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. You and Novatris each agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing support@glossiert.store within 30 days of your first acceptance of these Terms. Claims eligible for small claims court are excluded from arbitration.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Site or other users.
20. Severability; Entire Agreement; Assignment
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Novatris. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
